A single rack unit Break out box, with 4 12 pin MALE Hirose inputs, each Hirose is wired to 3 BNCs (Y, R-Y, B-Y) Channel 4 has an additional 12 pin Female Hirose Dub output. No brand anywhere on the box. The 12 Pin Male Hirose connector is the same type used on early Sony BVW style Betacam machines.
